The perverse heart within every human utters perversity through the mouth. The only solution is the power of the Holy Spirit. Only the Holy Spirit is able to change the human heart, and when the human heart is changed by the Holy Spirit, speech automatically converts from blasphemy, to praise! So how does this relate to speaking in tongues?
